Swiss by domicile.
Swiss by discipline.

Swiss Growth Capital Solutions SA is a Swiss société anonyme trading as principal on its own book — built by practitioners who have run production liquidity through launches, drawdowns and venue failures.

Why we exist

Tokenized markets are being built faster than the discipline to run them.

Assets that reference a NAV trade like memecoins. Listings launch into empty books. Issuers receive reports they cannot verify. We think this market deserves what ETF markets got: makers whose obligations are written down, whose performance is computed from reconciled records, and whose incentives point the same way as the issuer's.

That conviction is why the firm exists, why the stack was built in-house, and why every mandate ships with the same measurable standard.

How we operate

Three habits we refuse to break.

The stack is ours

The trading system is proprietary, developed in-house, and operated in production around the clock. Every layer between strategy and venue belongs to the desk.

Duties are separated

Engineering, live operations and reconciliation are distinct functions staffed across three continents. The book is never unwatched, and the person checking the numbers is never the person who traded them.

Risk is code

Hard pre-trade limits, automatic de-risking thresholds and a written incident log for every event. Limits are enforced by the system, not by mood.

  • UTC+1 · Live ops / HQ
  • UTC+5 · Investigation
What we are not

Clear lines, kept.

We hold no client assets, manage no portfolios, and give no investment advice. Mandates on client accounts run on trade-only API access with no withdrawal permissions. Where we hold inventory under loan, the terms, limits and return conditions are contractual.

Working on a market
that needs discipline?

Issuer, venue or token project — the first conversation is a scoping call, not a pitch.
